Duties:

• Manage and represent clients in various litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct depositions, prepare expert discovery, and manage settlement agreements

• Engage in mediation and dispute resolution processes

• Handle California Bar-related matters in good standing

• Provide detailed legal research, analysis, and effective problem-solving solutions

• Independently handle casework and interact directly with clients, ensuring proactive and efficient service

• Contribute to the overall legal strategy and participate in trial preparation

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on construction defects or community association law

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail with advanced legal research and analytical abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• California Bar membership in good standing

Education:

• J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California Bar License

Skills:

• Litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Trial preparation and management

• Mediation and dispute resolution expertise

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with other legal professionals
