Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in New Jersey, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated family law experience.
• Experience with contested hearings and trials.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for sensitive client communication.
• Proficiency with legal practice management software.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines independently.
