Duties

• Collaborate with partners on all phases of litigation, including case reporting and electronic discovery.
• Conduct depositions and handle court appearances regularly.
• Draft and respond to motions and discovery requests.
• Lead client communications and provide regular updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' litigation experience.
• Proficiency in electronic discovery platforms.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar.
