• Conduct probate administrations, manage estate inventories, and resolve disputes.
• Assist clients with trust administration procedures.
• Conduct legal research using tools like LexisNexis.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve conflicts among beneficiaries.
• Advise clients on a broad range of transactional legal issues.
• Prepare detailed legal drafts and correspondence.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining client communication.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust laws.
• Strong research skills and experience with LexisNexis.
• Excellent writing and legal drafting skills.
• Preferred experience in a private law office environment.
• Skilled negotiation abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex legal issues and communicate effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.
