Duties

• Develop case strategies with partners and senior attorneys.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional legal counsel.
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction; Florida Bar membership preferred.
• Experience in immigration law is strongly preferred.
• Experience with USCIS and/or EOIR matters is preferred.
• Strong interest in immigration litigation and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
