A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Walnut Creek, CA. The successful candidate will manage a variety of litigation matters, develop case strategies, and maintain client relationships. This role requires membership in good standing with the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.

Duties

• Develop and execute case strategies and plans.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial, and trial work.
• Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships.

Requirements

• Current member in good standing of the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in writing and case analysis.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Membership in good standing with the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.
