Profile

A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney in Salt Lake City, UT. The successful candidate will support a diverse litigation practice, handling matters in family law, probate and trust disputes, and real estate litigation.

Duties

• Manage case files from inception through resolution in divorce, family law, probate/trust, and real estate disputes.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Conduct client interviews, prepare witnesses, and represent clients at hearings and trials.

• Collaborate with senior partners to develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of civil litigation experience.

• Prior exposure to family law, probate/trust, or real estate litigation preferred.

• Demonstrated courtroom advocacy and client-counseling abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to grow through mentorship.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member, Utah State Bar, in good standing.

Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing capabilities.

• Effective oral advocacy and negotiation proficiency.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet critical deadlines.
