Duties

• Navigate franchise agreements, disclosure requirements, and compliance issues.
• Resolve disputes related to franchise matters.
• Represent franchisors, franchisees, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Handle offering documentation and franchise agreements.
• Advise on compliance and manage governmental inquiries.

Requirements

• Portable book of business required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in franchise law.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
• Client-service approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education
