Duties

• Collaborate with senior litigators to develop defense strategies for employment actions.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, memos, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
• Analyze employment records and represent clients in court and before administrative agencies.
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, trials, and other litigation aspects.
• Interact with employment experts and conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft motions and work cooperatively with colleagues.
• Engage with clients and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Admission to practice in New York.
• At least 3 years of experience in employment litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
