Duties

• Handle civil cases through trial.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York; licenses in New Jersey and New York are a bonus.
• 3-12+ years of experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Experience in personal injury litigation and other insurance defense matters required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York and/or New Jersey Bar certification required.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle cases through trial.
