Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence
• Assist in the development of case strategies and participate in client consultations
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations under supervision
• Review and analyze legal documents and evidence
• Maintain client files and case documentation in accordance with firm protocols
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends
• Assist in business development activities, including client relationship management and networking

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the State Bar (California preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in litigation or relevant practice area
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience with case preparation and legal document drafting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar (California preferred)

Skills:

• Legal research and analysis
• Drafting motions, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence

• Courtroom experience (preferred, but not required)
