Duties

• Structure and negotiate corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues.
• Implement various contractual arrangements.
• Counsel clients on legal matters affecting the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, healthcare law, and/or regulatory legal compliance.
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse laws, and/or HIPAA preferred.
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively within a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Admission to the New York State bar.

Education

• Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State bar.
