Duties:

• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Present compelling arguments in court during hearings, trials, and arbitrations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the state bar, in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Experience handling probate and bankruptcy matters
• Proven ability to manage caseloads and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Education:
