The candidate should have corporate finance experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in representing private clients in structuring, negotiating and documenting financing agreements with senior and subordinated lenders, including representing private equity investors in connection with the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies. This partner will have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and a commitment to providing work product that is thorough, complete and excellent. This partner will join our growing corporate & securities department and must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
