Duties

• Advise clients on regulatory enforcement matters and internal investigations.
• Coordinate and engage in multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions with State Attorneys General.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
• Contribute to strategic business development.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with State Attorneys General preferred.
• Strong writing skills and publication record.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
