Duties

• Handle IRS audits and appeals.
• Engage in litigation matters in the US Tax Court.
• Participate in Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
• Work on various refund forums.

Requirements

• JD degree obtained between 2021 and 2024.
• Strong academic credentials from law school.
• Relevant professional or government experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LLM in Taxation preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills
