The candidate will partner with local client teams to identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services by working with Market Leaders, Sales and Client Relationship Management teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities. Will as a mid-level colleague, support multiple client projects involving federal health and welfare benefit plan design and strategy compliance issues. Work on client deliverables in coordination with junior and senior-level colleagues. Finalize and present quality deliverables to clients. Partner with client teams to become a trusted advisor for clients and provide consistent, superior relationship management. Research various compliance and tax issues, draft responses and memoranda and assist client meetings and presentations. Participate in compliance audits and benefits administration/process improvement reviews. Serve as a subject matter expert on health and welfare laws and regulations. Perform technical reviews of work products developed by junior and mid-level colleagues. Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches related to compliance consulting. Mentor junior colleagues. Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
