Duties

• Manage a caseload of 25 to 30 cases from start to trial.
• Supervise and collaborate with an assigned paralegal.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery and motions.
• Advocate passionately in court for clients.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Wyoming.
• 4+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proficiency in Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Wyoming.
