This full-time position is ideal for an attorney with 4–6 years of litigation experience who is ready to manage cases independently through all phases of litigation. Location:

• Atlanta, Georgia

• Full-time, in-office position

Duties:

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other legal documents

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings

• Develop litigation strategies tailored to each client’s case

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel

• Participate in trial preparation and serve as lead or supporting trial counsel

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of verifiable personal injury litigation experience

• Proven ability to manage cases independently

• Strong verbal and written advocacy skills

• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to service

• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar

Skills:

• Legal research and litigation strategy development

• Motion practice and trial preparation

• Deposition and courtroom presentation

• Case evaluation and negotiation
