Duties

• Defend single plaintiff lawsuits and wage and hour class actions.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic legal decisions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Engage in day-to-day employment-related legal advice.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for labor and employment law.
• Active admission to the California State Bar.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar admission.
