Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Antitrust Associate to join its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have experience in private antitrust litigation and/or government investigations, including FTC or DOJ merger or conduct investigations. Duties

• Engage in private antitrust litigation and government investigations.
• Collaborate with enforcement and complex litigation teams as needed.
• Provide compliance and counseling services to clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or government investigations.
• Experience in a large law firm or government agency preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California or eligibility to waive in.

Skills

• Strong analytical and research skills.
