A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate with a minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience, focusing on products litigation or high-volume litigation, to join their Los Angeles, CA office. Duties

• Develop case strategy and manage cases from inception through trial.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage discovery and prepare for depositions.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Participate in settlement discussions and trial matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience.
• Focus on products litigation or high-volume litigation preferred.
• Experience with Federal Court is a plus.
• California Bar admission in good standing is required.

Education

• JD with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities professionally.
