Litigation Associate - Complex Insurance Coverage
The candidate should have 3-5 years of complex litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent litigation experience to join our team. Sssume substantial responsibility for all aspects of case management, including drafting briefs on critical motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and drafting coverage opinions. Experience in insurance policy analysis and litigating coverage disputes is preferred. Admission to the Florida bar is required. Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are preferred.
