Duties

• Draft and review pleadings.
• Appear in court throughout West Virginia.
• Support the foreclosure process.

Requirements

• Active and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar.
• Licenses in IN, KY, and/or OH are advantageous.
• Experience in real estate and title work.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• At least 5+ years of experience in creditor's rights/foreclosure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• West Virginia Bar License.
