Duties
- Meet with clients to strategize and create tailored estate plans and trust documents.
- Help parents develop comprehensive guardianship plans for minor children.
- Draft, review, and finalize wills, trusts, and incapacity documents.
- Assist in the administration of trusts.
- Present educational workshops and webinars to the community.
- Attend local networking events.
- Oversee signing meetings.
- Supervise and delegate work to Paralegals.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop and modify processes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in estate planning.
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts; New Hampshire is a plus.
- Experience designing and drafting comprehensive estate plans.
- Experience with asset protection planning.
- Experience with trust and estate administration is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office; HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience with software-based estate planning platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Compassionate and client-focused with strong communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
