The candidate must have recent defense experience. Includes trial preparation as a paralegal, document management, review and summarization of records (including medical records) and a record of successful billing as a paralegal with a billing requirement. Must have at least one of the following qualifications, Designation as an FRP through The Florida Bar or Designation as a CP through NALA or Hold a degree or certificate as a paralegal from an accredited paralegal program.
