POSITION SUMMARY:

The Producer, E-Commerce will oversee the day to day shoot and post production workflows for all on figure and laydown ecommerce photography. The Producer, E-Commerce will also assist the Senior Director, Integrated Production in the execution of lookbooks, PR, social/digital, and packaging shoot requests on an as needed basis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

E-commerce Production:

• Lead producer on all e-comm and pdp shoots for ck.com and wholesale retailers.
• Manages relationship with our partner studio to ensure that all CK client needs are met.
• Coordinates with CK internal teams (marketing, fashion, creative, casting) to secure all needs for ecommerce and PDP shoots; ie: time lines, samples, shot lists, budgets. 
• Works closely with our partner studio to secure dates, studio time and all shoot needs for e-comm and PDP shoots.
• Maintains organized and efficient lines of communication between studio and internal partners.
• Creates and manages annual shoot calendar for all e-comm shoots.
• Tracks all photography assets from shoot to final delivery to the DAM tool to ensure that all parties have access to materials as needed.
• Manages the annual e-comm/PDP budget with finance. Submits and tracks all invoice payments associated with shoots.
• Partners with Ecomm Marketing lead to oversee annual allocated budgets.
• Sources and cultivates new talent for e-comm. Photographers, Stylists, H/MU and retouchers.

Non E-Commerce Production:

• Works with photographer’s agents/producers, hires crew, location scouts and organizes all aspects of a shoot within approved budget developed by and with lead producer.

• Coordinates booking studios, catering, car services, etc for shoot productions.
• Reviews portfolios of Photographers, Stylists, and Hair & Make-up to bring in fresh talent.
• Negotiates and maintains relationships with outside vendors - Photographers, Agents, stylists, hair & makeup, studios, catering, etc.
• On set photo and video shoot supervision
• Works closely with the Fashion Office, Creatives and Casting Director to secure dates, locations, product and talent for lookbooks, PR, social/digital, packaging shoots, etc.
• Manages the production budget per job with the Senior Director of Production

Administrative duties:

• Schedule meetings in relation to photo shoots, copying, filing and keeping all projects organized accordingly.
• Maintain and archive job folders for all shoots.

Budget Responsibilities

• Assist with proper management/processing of financial data and records in the production department, including estimates, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
• Work closely with the finance and operations teams on budget forecasting, reporting, and monthly accounts close
• Maintain strong vendor follow up for all deal memos/contracts, invoices and/or production related paperwork needed to wrap projects.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

           Internal: Finance, Production, Marketing Group, Creative, Integrated Production, Fashion Office, Channel Management, PR, VM and Legal.

External: Creative agencies, photographer, stylists, hair and makeup agents, caterers, production companies and studios.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

           Direct:    Intent to hire an ECOMM coordinator that this position would manage

           Indirect: Manage our relationship with our studio partner, Creative Drive

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes managing shoot budgets, from pre-shoot to final actuals. Budgets range anywhere from $1,000.00 - $1,000,000.00.

 DECISION MAKING: Diagnose potential challenges and propose solutions to ensure optimal execution and budget adherence.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Detail oriented is necessary to produce all projects. Ability to be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes, requests and deadlines. Ability to work independently and comfortable leading projects.

ENVIRONMENT: Open team environment. Ability to work offsite and long hours.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

           Experience:

• 5 + year of experience in ecommerce production.
• Experience working in house at a large corporation or at an e-commerce studio

           Education:

• College degree in creative or communications field preferred
• Project Management studies preferred

           Skills:

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with and Expert level of excel, Adobe Suite
