Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day activities which support the Privacy Program. This includes the review and handling of privacy Incidents reported to the Compliance Office, assisting with the performance of Annual Compliance Work Plan activities, and performing privacy audit activities. Conducts Independent review of reported privacy Incidents Including misdirected faxes, Incorrect patient deliveries. Conducts detailed regulatory analysis for all reported Incidents under state and federal law to determine whether Incident constitutes a breach under state and federal law. Works with applicable departments, schools, administration, to resolve reviewed privacy Incidents and enact processes to prevent future reoccurrence. Applies state and federal breach analysis to ensure that mandatory reporting occurs to all necessary regulatory bodies and impacted parties. Prepares required notifications to enforcement agencies and affected
