Professor of Legal Writing
The candidate will teach two sections, each semester, of the required first-year legal research, writing, and analysis course, Legal Writing and Research. Teaching classes, preparing assignments, critiquing assignments, meeting with students, and contributing to the Legal Writing and Research Program. Responsible for all aspects of successful and timely course administration. Teach in both the day and evening programs, depending on need. Must have a JD degree, admission to the Bar in any state, a strong academic record, and excellent writing skills. Should have 3+ years of recent legal work experience post-JD graduation. Experience teaching law students or attorneys is preferred.
