\u003cli\u003eResponsible for monitoring and maintaining support requests that are escalated to the network team, insuring all requests are addressed in a timely manner.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for researching and addressing complex network issues.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for network system patching and regular maintenance.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible to remain versed on all new and emerging technology related to responsibilities.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for management of the Littler Network, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible to lead projects or manage sub portions of larger projects.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated experience with LAN/WAN technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, Grub, NetBIOS, BGP).\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated experience with Wireless network technologies (Cisco controllers and converged networks).\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCisco ASA and VPN concentrator experience.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated experience working with network providers to troubleshoot and maintain WAN circuits, configure COS and QOS, and manage MPLs and direct internet circuits to maximize regional site resiliency.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience working with Network providers installing WAN circuits and configuring COS and QOS.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with WAN acceleration, DNS, DHCP, Domain services, Port forwarding, Firewall services and protocols.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated experience with Windows servers operating system in a VMWare enterprise environment.\u003c/li\u003e
