Location:

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation and product liability matters

• Draft and argue motions, including discovery and dispositive motions

• Take and defend depositions

• Manage all phases of discovery and document production

• Engage in client interaction and assist in strategy development

• Collaborate with litigation teams on high-profile, multi-industry cases

Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of meaningful litigation experience

• Experience in commercial litigation, product liability, or complex litigation

• Proficiency in case management and discovery processes

• Demonstrated ability to handle litigation responsibilities with autonomy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities
