Job Overview:

• Advise and represent clients on all aspects of cybersecurity and incident response matters.
• Assist clients in navigating the complex landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on cybersecurity and privacy issues.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, policies, and memoranda.
• Provide counsel on compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in incident response activities, including breach investigations and notification procedures.
• Represent clients in litigation and regulatory matters related to cybersecurity and data privacy.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
• Membership to the WV State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Superb oral communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership to the WV State Bar.
