The selected candidate will support case development from intake through resolution, advocate for injured clients, and collaborate with senior litigators to achieve optimal outcomes.

Duties

• Conduct client intake interviews and draft initial demand letters
• File and prosecute personal injury complaints, motions, and responses
• Manage discovery tasks, including interrogatories, document production, and depositions
• Review and analyze medical records, bills, and expert reports
• Negotiate settlement offers and prepare settlement agreements
• Assist with trial preparation: trial notebooks, exhibits, witness outlines, and jury instructions
• Maintain regular client communication and provide status updates
• Coordinate with experts, adjusters, and co-counsel

Requirements

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar
• Two years of personal injury plaintiffs' litigation experience
• Demonstrated familiarity with New Jersey Court Rules and tort law
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files concurrently
• Excellent written advocacy, oral advocacy, and negotiation abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• New Jersey Bar admission
