Location

Duties

• Represent clients in all phases of workers' compensation defense litigation

• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes

• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and reports

• Analyze complex case files and develop strategic legal solutions

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative bodies

• Attend hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' compensation defense

• Strong litigation background and familiarity with Georgia workers' compensation law

• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently

• Willingness to work onsite 3–4 days per week

• Active law license in the state of Georgia (required)

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in-good-standing license to practice law in Georgia
