Law Students
The candidate will help familiarize summer clerks with the cities where offices are located, showing them all that those areas have to offer. Events range from small dinner gatherings in the homes of attorneys to an annual lake trip that promises plenty of food and fun. Each summer clerk is assigned to a shareholder and an associate, serving as mentors throughout the clerk’s time at the firm. Each clerk is encouraged to specify which practice area he or she prefers. Upon arrival, and throughout clerkship, the summer clerks are given the opportunity to choose assignments from a project database, allowing for as much or as little diversity as the clerk would like.
