The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial litigation and transactional matters and demonstrate exceptional expertise in handling complex legal matters for a diverse range of clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Representation:

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including businesses and individuals.
  • Handle all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through resolution, including trials and appeals.

• Litigation Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.

• Document Preparation and Review:

  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
  • Prepare and argue motions in court.

• Client Interaction and Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and obtain necessary information.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and clear communication.

• Court Representation:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Present evidence and arguments effectively to judges and juries.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex commercial litigation cases.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
