Duties:

• Manage litigation cases with minimal supervision
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings and depositions
• Prepare witnesses and expert testimony for trial
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Engage in the discovery process, including document review and interrogatories
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in defense litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience handling depositions and attending hearings
• Familiarity with the discovery process and trial preparation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
• Active license to practice law in Kentucky

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky
