Job Overview:

The Junior Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and advocating for clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and decisions.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real property transactions.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations with other parties and in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Represent clients in various legal matters pertaining to real property and real estate.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar association.
• Should have 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active membership in the State Bar association.
