Duties:

• Manage and oversee appellate cases from inception to resolution.

• Develop and implement legal strategies for appeals.

• Draft persuasive appellate briefs and present oral arguments in appellate courts.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.

• Collaborate with trial attorneys to identify appealable issues.

• Maintain and strengthen client and carrier relationships.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience handling appellate cases at a partner level.

• Strong ability to manage cases and maintain client relationships.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Demonstrated track record of job stability and professional excellence.

• An active member of the California Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:

• Expertise in appellate law and litigation strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
