Intellectual Property (Patent) Paralegal

The candidate will be responsible for docketing, managing deadlines, filing with the USPTO as well as performing legal research and investigations. The Patent Paralegal also communicates and coordinates with foreign associates and patent offices to manage IP filing of clients. Should have a Paralegal Certificate or degree as well as two or more years of paralegal experience in a professional or legal environment. Successful candidates will be highly organized, able to respond to last-minute requests, and work well under pressure. They should also possess a high degree professionalism, be self-motivated, and have the to work both independently and as part of a team.
