JOB DESCIPTION:

Provides customer services and application assistance the Family Support Center and assists FSC Supervisor with preparation of applications, client communications, outreach and other Family Support Center services related to basic needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Completes applications with customers and interviews new customers as needed • Function as a team member in program development, quality improvement and service delivery. Attends and participates in team meetings, program events and outreach as directed by supervisor. • Actively participating in supervision that is collaborative in nature. As appropriate, takes the initiative to seek supervisory support. Incorporates constructive direction from supervisor to improve job performance. • Complete all client record entry within 2 business days of contact. Maintain agency and funding source documentation standards. • Observe agency client privacy and program confidentiality standards • Participate in required program training and other agency training as deemed appropriate for the position and as approved by supervisor • Demonstrate cooperative, flexible and positive human relations; treating consumers and colleagues with dignity and respect • Other duties as assigned and requested by Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma • At least 2 years providing social services directly with diverse populations • Must have own reliable transportation Bilingual-Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
