A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney for its Dallas, TX office. Duties

• Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury cases.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals both in person and over the phone.
• Prepare and present cases in court, demonstrating advanced trial experience.
• Advocate for clients with dedication and professionalism.

Requirements

• 4 - 6+ years of litigation experience, with at least 3+ years in personal injury.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to try cases and engage with the work.
• Ability to commute to the Dallas Oaklawn location, Monday through Friday.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed Attorney with the State Bar of Texas.

Skills

• Advanced trial experience.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
