A law firm seeks an Attorney for their Philadelphia, PA, location.

Job Overview:

The Attorney will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties, producing deliverables, answering phone calls, and replying to correspondence promptly. They must provide quality work products, meet deadlines, and foster positive work relationships while adhering to firm policies and practices. The role requires engagement in both physical and sedentary activities, such as computer work and digital/virtual conference calls.

Duties:

• Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, lawyers, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables efficiently and respond promptly to correspondence.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
• Meet deadlines and perform work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as needed.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions and managing a case docket is preferred.
• Ability to appear in court.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
