Duties

• Represent clients at hearings, trials, depositions, and mediation.
• Gather and analyze evidence and records pertaining to the case.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the course of the case.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior experience and exposure to civil rights and tort cases.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can start immediately.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
