Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join the loan servicing and asset management team within the Real Estate Finance group. This position is open to various locations. Candidates must demonstrate high academic achievement, law firm or clerking experience, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Duties

• Manage loan servicing consent transactions and loan modifications.
• Handle loan sales and other asset management matters.
• Collaborate with team members to support national practice growth.
• Navigate complex real estate finance subject matter effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of broad real estate finance experience.
• Exposure to CMBS, CRE CLOs, and other securitized products preferred.
• Ambition, drive, and team-orientation.
• JD and active bar admission in the intended practice jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong research, writing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle complex transactions efficiently.
