Duties:

• Handle a diverse range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, visitation, paternity, and protection orders.

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients, guiding them through the complexities of the family court system.

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct thorough legal research on family law matters to stay updated on current laws and regulations.

• Represent clients in court, during mediation, and in negotiations with a strategic approach.

• Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver seamless service to clients.

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support throughout the legal process.

• Engage in business development activities to help expand the family law practice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the state bar association.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law practice.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:
