Employment and Labor Senior Associate

The candidate should have 7-12 years of experience assisting with the defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and FMLA suits in New York, New Jersey and before government agencies. Exposure to restrictive covenant civil actions. Experience with pre-trial discovery. Working knowledge of various federal, New Jersey, New York State and New York City employment statutes, ordinances and executive orders. Experience in traditional labor law and/or ERISA matters is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Excellent academic credentials, legal research, drafting and writing ability, and analytical and verbal communication skills are required. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
