Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Wisconsin attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation and/or family law to join our dynamic remote team. Additional experience in criminal defense and/or probate is a plus but not required.

This position is based remotely; however, the attorney should reside in or near Madison, WI, as the role involves in-person court appearances within approximately a 90-minute radius of Madison (with occasional travel up to 2.5 hours).

Qualifications

• Juris Doctrate from an accredited law school.
• Active Wisconsin law license (Illinois licensure a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation or family law.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-relations skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
