A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, conduct key litigation activities, and advocate in trials. This role requires a proactive approach to client communication and case management.

Duties

• Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience preferred.
• Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active State Bar membership.

• Strong legal acumen and advocacy skills.
