Duties

• Prepare patent opinions in biotechnology or similar technology.
• Utilize strong legal writing and research skills.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral forms.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of patent counseling experience.
• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Strong academic background.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.

Education

• PhD in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
